Whereas the writer has already issued a notification relating that it is well known that members of the Triad Society are living in Hongkong and that the names of the leaders are known and that the Police had received stringent instructions to carefully watch and promptly report all proceedings of the Society, he again warns all of you who are in any way connected with the society that you had better be careful.
